Girls Volleyball Travel Team to the UK Finalized

NBC Volleyball Travel Teams

NBC Volleyball Camps have selected their Girls' Volleyball Travel Team to the UK. NBC Camps will send twenty girls and their coaches to compete in the UK this summer. Girls were selected based on volleyball skills and personal character. They will meet for a private training camp in preparation for competition and travel.

Girls ages 15-19 were selected from Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California, and Montana. Three girls from Alberta are also being selected to attend. The volleyball team will do a walking tour of London, experience Liverpool and Blackpool, compete in games and tournaments, and make connections with UK volleyball clubs.

NBC Volleyball Travel Teams have been sending teams since the late 1980s. "I can't think of a better training opportunity for young women today. International travel has been proven by researchers to improve leadership capacity and ability. We want to help train women leaders and volleyball combined with international travel is a perfect opportunity." says NBC Camps founder and president Fred Crowell.
