Fall Basketball Training in Calgary
Join us for Fall Basketball Training by NBC Basketball called Varsity Academy at Menno Simons in Calgary. The Fall Session is specifically designed to help prepare you for basketball season. The skill training, correction, conditioning, and competition will give you the edge. Increase your confidence and have fun at Varsity Academy.
NBC Varsity Academy Calgary trains players to compete with intensity while working to master the critical fundamental skills of the game. You will improve your dribbling, shooting, attacking the basket, rebounding, defense, and much more. We aim to challenge our athletes in a fun and encouraging basketball environment.
DIVISION ONE (14-17 YEARS OLD)
Fall Session September 15 - October 20

Sundays 2:00-4:00 pm
Division 1 Varsity Academy is designed for high school athletes. This program is set up to challenge advanced players and will teach skills appropriate for the needs of those wanting to secure a spot on the high school team as well as more advanced players hoping to play basketball beyond high school. Intensity and competition will be high priorities. Teaching takes place primarily through competitive games and organized play. The focus of D1 is to help make you the player your team needs on the court.
Athletes should bring their own ball, basketball gear, and water bottle, to each gym time.
DIVISION TWO (9-13 YEARS OLD)
Fall Session September 15-October 20

Designed for ages 9-13, we divide athletes into training stations based on skill level and ability. It is worth the investment to learn basketball skills correctly during the formative years. We take pride in making sure athletes can execute skills correctly. Each athlete is important to us, and we want to help you reach your basketball and life dreams and goals.
Athletes should bring their own ball, basketball gear, and water bottle, to each gym time.
