Get ready for camp by preparing for one of the best weeks of the summer!
This virtual pre-camp training is designed to help your student feel strong and physically ready on the first day of camp. Work with inspirational coaches, build confidence, and improve your skills...even before camp starts! Help your son or daughter have an incredible week by coming to camp prepared and ready to compete.
Especially with COVID impacting our ability to get on the courts this past year, campers may not be quite ready for the rigor of in-person training. This pre-camp virtual program helps build up the strength and stamina to make camp an educational and enjoyable experience.

Cost: $59 USD | $69 CAD
Campers can select one of our two-week training sessions prior to their camp start date. Campers will need access to a hoop and a mobile device.

- 6 NBC workouts delivered to you through the Famer app for personalized, flexible training
- Accountability to follow through

HOW TO REGISTER FOR PRE-CAMP TRAINING

A few days prior to the start of pre-camp, campers will receive (via email) information regarding a Zoom Meeting/Orientation and link, as well as instructions for joining the Famer app.
