NBC Camp Madness Rules and Regulations

1. No purchase is required to enter the contest. To enter please complete this form. Camp Madness Form All students who register for camp will be automatically entered in the drawings. This giveaway is sponsored by NBC Camps 10003 N. Division Suite 100 Spokane, WA, 99218.
2. Anyone in the USA is eligible to participate with an entry form entry or valid camp registration for the summer 2024 NBC Camps programs. Canadian residents must complete the entry form and then answer a skills test to be eligible for the prize.
3. All entrance forms or registration for camp must be completed by April 2, 2024, at midnight PST.
4. This is a list of the items given away and their total value.
   (60) $25 Nike Gift Cards
   (10) $50 Nike Gift Cards
   (1) $100 Nike Gift Card
   Total prize giveaway: $2100 USD
5. The number, retail value, and complete description of all prizes offered and whether cash may be awarded instead of merchandise.
6. Odds will depend on the number of entries.
7. Geographic areas covered are the USA and Canada excluding Vermont.
8. The date winners will be chosen on April 2, 2024.
9. Winners will be selected by random number selection. The winner will be the parent of the student-athlete but the student will be acknowledged.
10. Winners will not be present for the drawing.
11. The first name and last initial of the student-athlete, plus the city and state of the winners will be posted on the NBC Facebook page.
12. To request a list of winners of prizes greater than $25 in value, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

13. The winner is not responsible for applicable state or federal taxes.

Canadian winners will be required to complete a skills test to be awarded a prize.
