1 Where can I view my balance?

You can view your balance in the NBC US Camps Customer Portal or Canada Customer Portal, on your Campers Dashboard under Payment Status

2 How can I make a payment?

You can make a payment in your Customer Portal on your Campers Dashboard under Payment Status or at Make A Payment using your confirmation number.

3 Can a pre-authorize a card on my account to make my final payment?

Yes! You will have an opportunity during registration to add a card to be charged on the final payment due date (the first day of the month before camp starts).

If you were not able to add a card, please contact us with the card that you would like to add for pre-authorization.

4 What is your Refund Policy?

5 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa & Mastercard.
