CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Complete Player Basketball Camps cover the essential components of the game including individual and team offense, individual and team defense, shooting, ball handling, and more. We work on overall player development and help players improve both on and off the court.
Pure Shooting & Offensive Skills Camps cover essential components of the game including shooting and ball handling, but with an emphasis on shooting technique, finishing, and overall offensive skills. Students still compete in games and live play throughout the week in addition to their training. Athletes receive video shot analysis from coaches and work through an additional shooting workbook to have a clear understanding of their shot and how to increase their shooting percentage as well as become effective offensive players.
NBC High School Team Camp is unique in that it not only offers teams ample games and court time but also places immense value on team unity and individual position skill development. There are opportunities to move leagues day by day to provide the best competitive environment and experience for teams. Teams are led by their own high school coaches for gameplay and general daily supervision. This is a girls' high school-only camp and will be located at the HUB Sports Center in Liberty Lake, WA.
Complete Skills Junior Basketball Day Camps are for younger athletes who have less experience on the court but want to gain more skills and exposure to basketball.
Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp has limited enrollment and is specifically designed for middle school-age players who are looking to improve their game. We cover the most important skills of the game and compete in live drills and game settings. We will also meet in small groups to cover the summer leadership and life skills curriculum to help you improve off the court.

Show Less See More Camp DetailsIntensity Night - Intensity Night is a unique NBC Camps event involving sweat, music, encouragement, and craziness. Intensity Night allows campers to work harder than they’ve ever worked before, and they’ll be cheered and encouraged every step, jump, and push-up along the way. Campers set their level of intensity, and everyone is encouraged to reach his/her personal goals. No one is forced to go beyond their abilities. It’s a fantastic opportunity for campers to explore how fun challenging work can be.
Camp Store - At some locations, there is a camp store that sells snacks and sports drinks as well as NBC gear such as shorts and sweatshirts. When there is a camp store, there is also a camp bank located near the check-in tables on the first day. Parents can give money to the camp bank on behalf of their camper so they can purchase merchandise or snacks from the camp store. We recommend sending between $40-$60 for snacks, drinks, apparel, and other products, but this is not required. On the last day of camp, parents (or campers) should retrieve any unspent money. Not all locations have a camp store.
Golden Ruler Award - The Golden Ruler Award is the highest achievement at NBC Camps. It is designed to teach campers to become a person of depth and reflection while instilling the importance of community service, discipline, and accountability. The criteria for the award are very strict, thus only campers ages 13-18 may try for the award. Those who would like to attempt this should bring a notebook. Criteria include journaling, designing workouts, memorization, testing, essays, and more. *Not all locations offer the Golden Ruler
International Travel Teams - NBC invites athletes ages 14-18 on international tours through the NBC Travel Teams program. Campers will learn about NBC tours at camp and can apply for one of our teams by contacting Travel Team Director Breanna Lyons at travelteams@nbccamps.com or visiting http://www.nbccamps.com/international
