VA Spokane positive influence
My son has always been an aggressive player and I have been working with him to always show good sportsmanship. It hasn't been until he began attending the NBC Camps and VA that he has finally gotten it. You coaches have been such positive role models for him. I appreciate the positive influence that he gets at the NBC camps and VA. He finds the camp challenging and more importantly he enjoys being around not only the people that are attending but also those running the camp. He is looking forward to attending the next session and is also trying to recruit some players to join. Thanks again for all you do and I look forward to working with you again.

VA builds better ball players
Coach, Last weekend he played exactly as you would expect and the way you taught him, he was dominant inside and out, dribbling and rebounding. Averaged 30 per game, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 blocked shots. He was asked to be on the AAU Traveling team. I guess the question on how he would stack up against his own was answered by himself. I wish you could have been there. I know that it is because of you and your coaches that he is getting to play at a elevated level. A number of coaches from there called and said they were very impressed by his overall play. He will be back with you soon. Thank you. Your program builds better ball players.

Priceless
I just wanted to send you a very big thank you for working with my son at VA on Sunday. He had a great workout. He was very tired and hungry after his afternoon of basketball. He has been in the gym 3 days now since working out with you.......I can see a difference. Nothing magical, but just confidence. The level of workout, the number of guys to play against and getting direction from coaches that he has known for many years was so worth the 6 hours of driving.Today in the gym I watched him take it to the hoop against anyone who tried to stand in his way over and over. He took over the court like I knew he could, but now I think he knows he can too. I even watched him break out a couple of those moves under the hoop that you guys worked with him on. Of course the guys in the gym went crazy and his confidence went up.I have been a very strong supporter of NBC Camps over the last 10 years, sending my kids to countless camps and spending thousands of dollars, but those few hours on Sunday were priceless!! Thanks again for spending that extra time!

You will NOT be disappointed
My sophomore daughter has been attending NBC Camps and clinics for about 5 years now. My 10-year-old daughter is now attending various camps and actually did the summer overnight camp. Both have attended Varsity Academy and happy to have done so. I give much credit to NBC for bringing out the skills and love of basketball in both my daughters. The life skills messages they receive are an added bonus! Anyone considering attending NBC, follow your instinct and enroll; you will NOT be disappointed in your child's attitude about basketball and life.

I love meeting new people who love the same thing as me. Also I love how encouraging the coaches are and how they correct you if you make a mistake. The weekly word(s) are great for me because it helps me set goals for the week.

Encouraging
I expected more individualized instruction. There are a lot of kids participating and just not enough coaches. My daughter enjoys going and playing at varsity academy twice per week. Coaches are friendly and seem to do a good job of encouraging the kids.

Competitive
I thought I would get way more one on one teaching or coaching specific to my position I play. The energy and competitiveness of the time were good.
