NBC 's long history of instructing athletes to become their very best together with Walla Walla University's beautiful campus and dormitories provide an ideal location for campers to pursue excellence in all areas of their lives.

About the Campus

Walla Walla University was founded in 1892 as Walla Walla College. On the beautiful campus, NBC campers will be staying in the University dormitories. Each room has two beds with nearby private shower facilities. The dorms are not air-conditioned and we encourage you to bring a fan. The cafeteria provides all-you-can-eat meals. Evening Programs are held in the old campus church, now an auditorium. There is an athletic facility with three full courts and a swimming pool, and two school gymnasiums situated on the edge of campus. For soccer camp, there are three fields on campus (including two with lights). WallaWalla University is located just next to Walla Walla in College Place, Washington, about an hour from the Tri-cities.

About the Staff
We select outstanding people we believe are of high integrity and character, work ethic and willingness to pour their lives into helping athletes be their best. We work hard to hire college players, college and high school coaches and dynamic competent teachers of the game. All our coaches are hand selected, receive a criminal background check, and are evaluated by the campers and leadership staff. Our basketball curriculum is organized to the minute each day with detailed training manuals and DVDs for our Master Teacher coaches.

Site Director

John has been a full time employee with NBC Camps for seven years and is the director of NBC's year round training program called Varsity Academy. He has coached at NBC since 2000. John is the Assistant Coach for NBC Thunder, a Division 1 exhibition team. Prior to coming to NBC Camps, John worked as a Television Sports Anchor in Kennewick, Washington. John holds a degree in Communications from Central Washington University.
