About the Staff
We select outstanding
people we believe are of high integrity and character, work ethic and
willingness to pour their lives into helping athletes be their best. We
work hard to hire college players, college and high school coaches and
dynamic competent teachers of the game.
Director
of volleyball Instruction at the camp is Jamie Smart and Doris Norris. Jamie has coached
for NBC Volleyball for four years. This is her second year as NBC's Volleyball
director. She also has coached club volleyball for four years. She played
volleyball at Whitworth College where she was the captain of the 2002
team that played in the NCAA Western Regional Finals.
Doris was a four-year first team All-Conference selection and three time
Regional All-Star selection as a middle blocker at Whitworth College. Doris's
team was undefeated in conference play for all four seasons. Doris continued
on to coach and run the Sideout Club program in Spokane.
